Cancellation Policy

One of the challenging parts of running a service business is deciding how to handle last-minute cancellations, missed appointments and late arrivals. 

I realize life happens. Kids get sick, cars don't start. But my business happens, too. Just one no-show per week costs my business $5,000 per year. Yikes!

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • Same-day cancellations/reschedules and missed appointments/no-shows will be invoiced the full appointment price.

  • You may send a friend or family member in your place without penalty.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
