Cancellation Policy

One of the challenging parts of running a service business is deciding how to handle last-minute cancellations, missed appointments and late arrivals. .

 

I realize life happens. Kids get sick, cars don't start. But my business happens, too. Just one no-show per week costs my business $5,000 per year. Yikes! How will I afford to supply the office with candy if the business is broke?

If you won't do it for me, do it for the candy!

 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • Please notify us of any changes or cancellations by 2pm on the day prior to your appointment.

  • Missed the 2pm cutoff? You may send a friend or family member in your place without penalty.

  • If prior notification is not given or your substitute doesn't arrive, you will be invoiced the full amount of the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
